Neutro Agrimontana enriched with vegetable fiber (inulin) and other solids (sugars) that help bind water molecules and give sorbets more body. Recommended for use when hot (85°C).
Suggested uses: Sorbets.
Dosage: 35-50g/kg mixture.
Prepesata for milk ice cream enriched with powdered fresh cream for an even creamier ice cream. Carob flour is the only creamy prepesata thickener that simplifies the weighing of ingredients. Recommended for use when hot (85°C).
