Neutro Agrimontana enriched with solids (proteins, powdered milk, and sugars). It simplifies the weighing of ingredients and helps improve the structure of the ice cream for a creamy result. Recommended for use when hot (85°C).

Suggested uses: Ice cream

Dosage: 35-50g/kg of mixture.
Prepesata for milk ice cream enriched with powdered fresh cream for an even creamier ice cream. Carob flour is the only creamy prepesata thickener that simplifies the weighing of ingredients. Recommended for use when hot (85°C).
