It is recommended for leavened products, bakery and pastry, and ice cream.
Usage suggestions include mixing into melted butter or dissolving in honey heated to 45°C.
Composition: 65% whole vanilla beans, 5% seeds, 30% extract.
Recommended dosage: 0.2–0.6%.
