Natural wheat flour yeast powder and natural sourdough starter (in Italian, “Pasta Madre”). Using a century-old sourdough starter, following the traditional method of refreshing, adding only water and flour, repeated several times, we obtain a dough with an optimal concentration of natural yeasts and lactobacilli, which is then dried and ground to create ENERVIS.
